The Executive Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel’s culinary operations. This includes:

• Developing and executing innovative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends while honoring Greek heritage.
• Leading, training, and mentoring a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional quality and consistency.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
• Managing kitchen budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 5-star hotel or acclaimed fine-dining restaurant.
• Formal culinary arts education from a recognized institution.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A creative flair and a deep passion for the culinary arts.
• A strong understanding of both international and modern Greek cuisine is highly desirable.
